Similarly to how the culture of Jiu-Jitsu is, our coaching program is for ANYBODY who wants the opportunity to grow and learn with world class strength & conditioning, but not EVERYBODY has what it takes to complete it.
We strongly believe that the key to success is the relationships we have between coach and athlete. Which is why we vet our potential team members through our application process to ensure that the program will be the right fit to ensure you achieve the results you want.
There’s no sugar coating it, it’s challenging. The program is designed to get you to elite levels of performance. It’s been tested and designed with the same training philosophy and science used by the world’s best athletes from Olympic and professional sports teams, translated for the demands of Jiu Jitsu.
We all have our different goals in the sport, but if you’re wanting to perform at your maximum potential, then this program is for you.
Of course having access to a gym is ideal, but we’ve also worked with athletes who have a couple bands and some free weights that have also achieved results. Our philosophy is based on intentional movement patterns specific to the goals you’re needing to achieve. Meaning, results aren’t necessarily tied to a single specific exercise, but the framework of the program will. Whether you use a kettlebell, barbell, dumbbell, or the rock in your backyard, we’ll find a way to get you the results you need.
